Norma is a dynamic coach for speakers who are ready to claim success. As the former owner of a speaker bureau and a speaker coach for 25 years, she is a veteran in the industry with a heart to help speakers find, live and share their message and get paid.
Norma coaches using her R.A.P.I.D.S. Speaking System. The components are:
What is your authentic message as a speaker. We explore the threads and themes of your life; your passion, experience and expertise; gifts and talents and values to find your authentic message. We also focus on your identity and positioning as a speaker.
Who is your target market and where can you find them.
How will you deliver your message. What type of speaker are you. What natural gifts and talents can you incorporate into your presentation?
Establishing a speaking fee and identifying product.
How will you market yourself and your product?
What system do you need to use to automate your business?
Programs are for 2, 4 or 6 months and meet weekly.
