We cannot ship to PO Boxes

If any product is defective, return it and it will be replaced. If you are unhappy with a product you may return it within 30 days of purchase and receive non-refundable credit that can be used towards any Norma Thompson Hollis, Inc. product or service.

Protégé
Money Back Guarantee
When purchasing the hard copy of the Protégé Program, if you are not fully satisfied for any reason we will refund your money 100%. Your refund must be requested in writing within 30 days from the date of purchase. NOTE: All materials must be returned to Norma Thompson Hollis, Inc. in their original, unused form. When purchasing the online version of the Protégé Program, if you are not fully satisfied for any reason we will refund your money 50%. Your refund must be requested in writing within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Boot Camps and Live Events
If after attending a Norma Thompson Hollis, Inc. Live Event, you are not 100% satisfied we will refund your money 100%. You must attend the entire event to be eligible for a refund. Refund must be requested in writing within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event.  If you are unable to attend for any reason, we will convert your ticket to a non-refundable credit that can be used towards any Norma Thompson Hollis, Inc. product or service. Refund must be requested in writing within 24 hours after the first interview.  NOTE: All materials must be returned to Norma Thompson Hollis, Inc.

Platinum Protégé
The Platinum Protégé Program is entered into after establishing a relationship with Norma Thompson Hollis, Inc. If you are not 100% satisfied after the first interview to evaluate your role as a Platinum Protégé, we will refund your money 100%. NOTE: All materials must be returned to Norma Thompson Hollis, Inc.
