Meet Your Boot Camp Faculty:

Norma T. Hollis - Professional Speaking Industry Expert and Speaking Coach
Known as America’s Leading Authentic Voice Doctor®, Norma T. Hollis is a
pioneer in the professional speaking industry. Her company, Norma Thompson
Hollis, Inc. (formerly Speakers Etcetera and Black Speakers Online) helps
people develop greater life-fulfillment by living authentically and
communicating effectively. Norma has been a player in the professional
speaking industry for 13 years. She has also researched authenticity for
30 years. As a result she has a broad understanding of the professional
speaking industry and seeks to help as many people as possible find,
live and share their authentic voice as well paid professional speakers.

Linda Walker – eCommunications Teacher
Linda Walker started her career in telecommunications as an employee
of the telephone company for many years, serving in many different
capacities, specializing in project management and training. A few
years ago Linda transitioned her experience in Corporate America in
the field of Telecommunications to the Speaking Industry working for
Norma Thompson Hollis, Inc. Throughout these years she learned all
aspects of the industry. Linda has supported the company’s growth
and outreach via the internet using email communications and hosting
teleconferences. Linda’s goal is to build relationships with speakers
and entrepreneurs and show them how they can grow their businesses
with eCommunciations. Linda will share the process she used to
catapult Norma’s presence and success through ecommunicatons such
as email marketing and teleseminars.

William Bell – Information Product Developer
William Bell is a minister, public speaker, entrepreneur, and real
estate investor. He is the author and creator of Walking Your Talk
to the Bank, Information Product Creation System. William has
conducted live seminars, workshops and tele-coaching classes on
creating audio and other information products. He consults and
ministers music composers, seminar promoters, professional speakers,
Toastmasters, real estate investors, health and a host of other
professionals to develop information products, He is currently
hosting a live interactive talk show on information products
creation and marketing.

Tracey Carruthers – Executive Coach
Tracey Carruthers is an Executive Coach. Her clients include
CEO’s and executive teams, small business owners, speakers,
consultants and coaches. Her coaching methodology, Executive
Coaching from the HeartTM, embraces listening, leading and
coaching from the innate wisdom and intelligence of the heart.

Tracey is well acquainted with the challenges of positioning

Joleen Deatherage – Marketing Specialist

conscience-driven businesses. Its principal is Joleen Deatherage
-- a veteran entertainment professional and marketing communications
specialist with a passion for making and sustaining positive change

Jacquetta Y. Parhams - Publisher
Jacquetta Y. Parhams, Ph.D. wears many hats.  Primarily, she
publishes Rhythm of the Drum: Our Wholistic Magazine. She is
also an author, teacher, life management facilitator, minister,
metaphysician and Reiki practitioner. In 1994, she began Rhythm
of the Drum: Our Wholistic Magazine to help disseminate much
needed information about wholistic health throughout the Black
community. She is a member of the International Women’s Writers
Guild and serves on the Board of Directors of the International
Black Writers and Artists. Dr. Parhams writes for herself, edits
for other people and speaks on topics relating to inner growth
and spiritual health, especially with regard to wholistic life
management. 

Kimberly Taylor - Journalist
Kimberly Hayes Taylor is a speaker, author and health writer
for The Detroit News. She has been a reporter at several other
newspapers including the Minneapolis Star Tribune, The Hartford
Courant, USA Today and the Louisville Courier-Journal. Her work
has been honored with Pulitzer Prize nominations and many national
awards. Her extensive media experience has prepared her to help
