Our one-on-one coaching program is conducted by one of Norma’s personal coaches. Her coaches help clients define their goals, recognizre their opportunities, raise their authenticity score and stay the course.  Some coaches specifically work with helping you tweak your thinking, express yourself more effectively, become a professional speaker, release weight or stop smoking.  All coaches help you gain clarity, define goals, identify next steps, increase self-confidence and stay on track.  Most sessions are conducted over the telephone for 30 minutes.

Ongoing Coaching

Authentic Voice Protege Program with Norma T. Hollis
Join Norma’s Protege Program and receive 12 months of ongoing coaching from Norma and/or her Platinum Proteges. Each dimension has an Inventory and Audio Recording associated with it designed to take you on a journey inside of yourself. Find a comfortable chair and grab a pencil while you read the Inventories and reflect on the questions that are posed to you. The result is that you will view yourself differently while you prepare yourself for maximum personal development and raise your level of authenticity.
