There is a great need for improved authenticity in our society.

• From 1997 to 2003 the number of youth under the age of 18 who engaged in plastic surgery increased by 375%.
• AIG executives received multi-million dollar bonuses at a time when the country is experiencing a major recession.
• Detroit auto executives took private jets to Washington DC to beg for money for their failing corporations.
• On Christmas Day 2008 the Pope suggested we adopt a “spirit of authentic solidarity”.

These are the reasons that Norma T. Hollis has initiated an Authenticity Movement^TM to create greater authenticity in our world.

• Imagine a world where you are clear on your purpose and who you are meant to be.
• Imagine a world where children are raised with knowledge and development of the natural gifts and talents they were born with.
• Imagine a world where people have genuine care and concern about each other and conduct themselves with a respect for the common good.

These are the reasons that the Authenticity Movement was born.

The Authenticity Movement is garnering support from like minded people across the country.  We are attracting people who are tired of the status quo. People who want to live in a world that honors the common good.  And people who are interested in improving themselves and the world they inhabit in authentic ways.

Those who are participating in the movement are learning how they can make a difference in the world around them.  They are taking the Authenticity Assessment to learn their level of authenticity and how to improve it.  Many are attending Live Events that Norma and her Authenticity Team are sharing in cities across the country.  And a large number have decided to become an Authentic Voice Protege to deepen their understanding of authenticity and its nine dimensions.

Take the Authenticity Assessment
By taking the Authenticity Assessment you will learn your authenticity score and what you need to do to raise your level of authenticity. The assessment will ask you to examine nine areas of your life to determine how authentically you are living your life. To receive your score for the assessment you will provide your email address and become part of our email list to learn more about authenticity in the coming days, weeks and months. After taking the assessment you can order the inventory workbook for the dimension(s) you want to enhance.

Attend a Live Event
Our Live Events are held in cities across the country. These events provide a deeper understanding of the concepts of authenticity,    inspire you to raise your level of authenticity and offer opportunities for you to become active in the Authenticity Movement activities.
