4 – How does the Affiliate Program work?
The Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to our website. You do this by placing links on your site, sending emails to your followers and making social media posts. We provide the language for the emails and social media posts. Every time you refer a customer to us and that customer makes a purchase, you earn a commission. It’s that easy.
5 – Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate of the Norma Hollis Companies?

6 – Are websites outside the United States eligible for the Affiliate Program?

Yes. You can have multiple sites as an Affiliate of the Norma Hollis Companies. To streamline the process, we provide one affiliate account that includes all your sites. You can track the progress of each of your sites separately, even though you’ll be paid with a single commission payment.
8 – Is my website or blog eligible for the Affiliate Program?
Most blogs and sites qualify to participate in the Affiliate Program. Anyone can apply, but we reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke your membership at any time if we determine that your site contains objectionable material.
9 – What are my responsibilities as an Affiliate of the Norma Hollis Companies?
You’re only responsible for using our tools that enable you to place links on your site. We handle everything else. We do ask that you advertise our products and services to your list using the schedule we provide, then at least once a month.
10 – What products and services offered by Norma Hollis Companies can Affiliates sell?
You will be notified of our campaigns as they occur. When we have campaigns, you will receive sample solo emails and social media posts to share.

Once you have joined the Affiliate Program, you will be provided access to the Affiliate back office and can modify your account information at any time. Our program provides an excellent Help tool that explains the necessary steps to manage your account information.
13 – If I become an Affiliate of Norma Hollis Companies, will I increase traffic to my site?
Our Affiliate Program is a revenue-sharing program. It is not designed to help you increase traffic to your site. The Affiliate Program enhances your site with content, therefore, your user-return rate may be higher.
14 – Do I earn commission on the tax and shipping costs of a product?
No. Commissions are based on the net price after discount of the product, not the tax or shipping fees, if they exist.

15 – After I join the Norma Hollis Companies Affiliate Program, how do I get the ads and links to put on my site?

16 – Where should I place the Norma Hollis Companies Affiliate Links on my site?
You should place the links where they’re easy for your visitors to find: your site’s home page, navigation bar, product page, and any other high-traffic areas. By placing the links on easily accessed site locations, visitors will be more likely to make a purchase.

We will update our banner creative on a regular basis. We recommend you check for updated text links frequently. In addition, we are often adding new products, so you will have the opportunity to post new links that fit the interests of your visitors.

19 – How much can I earn?
Generally, you will earn between 10% and 50% on our products and programs.
20 – How do I know how much commission I’ve earned?
Through the Affiliate Program back office, you will have access to real-time reporting, which provides information on impressions, click-throughs, orders, shipments, and commissions earned.
21 – When will I receive my commission payment?
Commissions are payed through Paypal at the end of each month.
22 – Do I earn commissions on my own purchases?
When you buy products from us through your website, you earn the same commission on your purchase that you would from a visitor purchase.
23 – Why do you need my Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID?
Affiliates earning more than $600.00 in commissions in a calendar year are required to supply a Federal Tax ID number or Social Security Number.
24 – What about product returns?
If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.
25 – How can I monitor my sales?
You can monitor your sales by accessing reports as often as you like through the Norma Hollis Companies’ Affiliate reporting site back office. Please note: Purchasers’ cookies must be enabled for us to track the sale. Some web browsers permit users to elect not to receive cookies. Only visitors who accept cookies can be tracked for referral fees. You understand that no referral fee can be paid for any purchase made by a visitor who does not accept cookies or who has deleted our cookies during a session.
26 – Who processes orders and handles customer service?
We take care of all sales, order processing, and customer service issues for the customers you refer to our site. All you need to do is place links on your site — we do all the rest.
27 – How will Norma Hollis Companies know that the orders came from my site?
The affiliate link that you set up on your site identifies you as having referred the customer. We track all related information for the customers that you refer to our site. All you must do is place links on your site.
