Internationally acclaimed speaker, author, mentor and entrepreneur, Norma T. Hollis has delivered ‘authenticity’ presentations to thousands of people. After spending thirty years studying human nature she has emerged as America’s Leading Authentic Voice Doctor® and is transforming lives across the country.

Norma received her B.A. from Michigan State University; Masters from Walden University; attended Wayne State University; and was a management fellow at UCLA Anderson School of Management.  She is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), and CEO Space. She was the first African American women to open a speaker’s bureau focused on African American’s. This was in 1996 and she navigated her way through the industry and emerged as the CEO of the largest speaker’s bureau in the world owned by an African American woman.

Norma has developed and operated programs for human development throughout her career. During her early childhood days she created early intervention programs to identify and improve early learning challenges. She also directed multi-million dollar Head Start programs and pioneered activities for developing the spirit of the young child. Now an intuitive heart based entrepreneur, Norma builds companies that serve the human spirit, develop human potential, and provide a catalyst for improving the quality of life.  In addition to speaking on authenticity and certifies coaches and speakers to deliver authenticity messages within the framework of her authenticity alignment system.

Throughout her life, Norma has championed the power of voice. A painful childhood trauma caused Norma to discover an inner voice that enabled her to overcome extreme difficulty. Later, her early childhood training revealed her unique talent for discovering the gifts and talents in others that led to her authenticity research and ultimately, allowed her to create a unique diagnostic tool that rates personal authenticity. Her ‘authenticity assessment’ is being used by professionals and corporations around the world to identify critical gaps in communication, management and life style.

Norma’s educational background, entrepreneurial success, and authenticity research has positioned her as one of the most compelling voices on ‘authenticity’. On a personal level, she inspires people to remain steadfast in their goals and committed to their dreams.
